We provide Coaching Services (“Services”) that may include consultation calls, email subscriptions, downloadable resources and access to booking platforms. These services are intended for individuals aged 18 and older.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services such as payment processor and scheduling platforms previously indicated. While we take the time to research and ensure we partner and use sites that are compliant, we are not responsible for the content of practices of these third-party site. By using our Site you acknowledge that Steedman Coaching has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party websites or services. You also further acknowledge that Steedman Coaching shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.

We use Coach Vantage as our coaching platform for scheduling discovery calls, booking coaching sessions and providing additional information on our programs. Information that can include name, phone number and email are stored in this platform to allow for scheduling and communication. We also use payment processors such as PayPal and Stripe to process any financial transactions. We do not store any credit card numbers or payment information, and instead, these are processed through the third-party payment processors. These third-party platforms are governed by their own extensive privacy policies including safeguards and compliance. For downloadable content, we use a third-party email platform to collect your information and deliver the content to you. By using the Site and providing your personal information, you agree to your data being used in this way and you also agree to indemnify Us and assume any and all risk or liability associated with using any payment processor and to be bound by their applicable terms and conditions.

Our Site and related materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only. We may provide and reference certain results or outcomes however, you understand and acknowledge that We make no guarantee of Your success as a result of these statements. We provide downloadable content that is designed to be thought-provoking, inquisitive and challenging.
